Shipments, except for special orders, usually take from 48 hours to 6 business days. For greater efficiency, the carrier will always call you before delivery. If he does not find you, he will leave a note with a phone number to arrange a convenient date and time.

The best way to have a detailed tracking of the order is by sending an email to pedidos@billaresmidey.es with your full name and order number or invoice. Our customer service will answer you in a couple of hours with all the available information: where is it, when will it arrive and a tracking number of the carrier.

If your order requires professional installation our technicians will contact you directly to specify the date and time most convenient for you.
