Returns and refunds

When you buy with us you have 14 business days to return the product and request a refund. It is very important that you return it with the original packaging, since once opened, we will not accept products out of the box.

You can download our return page here, fill it out and send it to us at the following address: devoluciones@billaresmidley.es – We will start the reverse logistics taking care of the whole process, picking up the order in the most convenient place and date for you.

Important: Shipping and collection costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. Once we have the product in the warehouse and its validation by our technicians, we will make the refund within a maximum period of 7 working days.
